★The cooperation project must have good investment environment and feasibility conditions
★ 合作项目必须具有良好的投资环境和可行性条件；
★The cooperation project must have bright development prospect and relatively strong profitability
★ 合作项目必须具有良好的发展前景和较强的盈利能力；
★The recipient of the investment must provide full and complete legal documents, such as documents of feasibility analysis, business license and tax registration certificate.
★ 受资方所提供的可行性分析资料、公司营业执照、税务登记证等法律文件必须完备。

★ 投资合作：成立中外合作经营企业，共享利润；
★Investment Quota: invest USD 1 to 50 million at the spot exchange rate.
